How to change your account type

At this time, there is no way for us to change your account type on our end so you will need to deactivate your account and create a new one with the correct preferences. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reuse the email address you used for your account because our system does not allow multiple accounts to be registered under the same email address.


Tip: Some email providers such as Gmail allow you to receive emails with periods or a plus sign (+) followed by text in the email address. For example, if your WhatsYourPrice account is tied to johndoe@gmail.com, you can sign up with a new account under john.doe+WhatsYourPrice@gmail.com in which your emails will still be delivered to johndoe@gmail.com.
