To be upgraded to a Premium Attractive Member, you must have:
• A completed and approved profile
• 1 uploaded/approved public photo your account
• An email address associated with your university/college (usually these end in ".edu")
If your university email address ends in something other than .edu, and -- if after updating the email address on the account -- your membership is not automatically upgraded, please contact Customer Support and provide your university email address. We will gladly review further to confirm whether your university email address qualifies for the upgrade.
To change the email address on your account: Once logged in, select “Settings” from the drop-down menu, then select “Edit Email” and follow the on-screen prompts.
Please check your university inbox for the activation email alert (please remember to check your spam/junk folder, if needed).
The upgrade will be reflected after you activate the newly-changed university email address.
Note: Please refer to your university’s policy regarding use of their email system. They may have specific usage restrictions and consequences.
