Why did my membership expire?

When it comes to memberships, there are a couple of very important details to keep in consideration:

•All memberships are standardized to either 30 or 90 days to ensure that all members receive a fair amount of time to enjoy their membership benefits. 

•We understand that this can pose some confusion, as the number of days per month will vary. All memberships are outlined on the "Upgrade" page, where you may confirm the exact amount of time provided.

•The date of expiration is based on the time at which each membership was purchased.
For example: if purchased at 2pm on Day 1, the membership will expire at 2pm on the Day 30 or Day 90 (depending on the membership type).
